Returning to our wholeness
is a path of courage.

Ready to start a
healing journey?

“Don't waste your time hating a failure.
Failure is a greater teacher than success.
Listen, learn, go on.”

― Clarissa Pinkola Estés

Hi, I'm Kat

Do you feel like you are stuck, backsliding or going in circles? Do you carry shame, guilt or feel “broken?” Are you seeking a way to wholeness? If so, you’ve come to the right place.

I believe that healing is a spiral process where we can revisit old wounds and behaviors with new knowledge, skills and perspectives. Further, through the use of various tools such as archetypes, mythology and tarot, we can weave a story of understanding and integration in your own life.

Practicing from a lens of social justice, I work to acknowledge how systemic oppression and colonization impact our struggles of mental health. I also believe that learning from one another can lead to our liberation. With these elements in mind, together we can explore a path of healing and growth.

You’re in the right place if you are seeking a path of…

  • returning to yourself.
  • reconnecting to others.
  • rediscovering the world around you.

How I Can Help

Return

to yourself

As we move through the world and attempt to survive, we sacrifice parts of ourselves and adopt pieces that may not serve us anymore. In our journey together, we will…

  • learn the language of the body.
  • uncover the wild and wise parts of your being.
  • strengthen your relationship to yourself.
  • and more ~

Reconnect

to others

Whether you are struggling to recover from childhood wounds, fears of pandemic and reintegration, or anything else, we can take time to reconnect you to your community and learn to…

  • learn to settle the body with others.
  • strengthen communication skills.
  • identify places of belonging.
  • and more ~

Rediscover

the world around you

So often we find ourselves wrapped up in survival and the machine of capitalism that we lose our relationship to the world around us. Together, we can overcome, explore, and connect to…

  • sources of distraction.
  • feelings of wonder and curiosity.
  • the interconnected nature of life.
  • and more ~
